The cleanliness of the room was impressive, exceeding my expectations for the price. I also appreciated the focus on safety, with staggered room occupancy offering additional comfort.

The fixtures and furniture could use an update.

I had a comfortable stay in the Deluxe King Room. The AC worked well, and the beds were amazing. It was close to the interstate, making it easy to access. The fridge and microwave were convenient. I appreciated the cleanliness of everything. 😊

the stay at rest inn motel was solid! the location is perfect for quick access to the interstate. we loved having a fridge and microwave in our deluxe king room. the food truck in the parking lot served delicious meals at great prices. surprisingly clean, and the reviews were spot on. yes, it's older, but the cleanliness and value stood out.

a mild critique would be that some furniture needs repairs.

excellent central spot for city exploration and park visits

this place is a nice, quiet motel close to the highway which makes it easy to explore the surrounding areas, and it’s just a short stroll away from several lovely parks where I enjoyed my weekend walks.

After a long drive, it was great to relax in the comfortable bed and enjoy the surprisingly nice AC. The pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day, making our stay even better. Just a heads up, the hot water took a bit to get used to, but it didn't ruin our experience! 😊

low price

It was just an excellent fit for a temporary stay in Forrest City with good value considering price it charged. The sheets had cigarette burns all over them, which was not great, but the price was low. Check if you can get a room that doesn't smell like smoke.
